Guidelines for Equipment Rentals (Hall Councils)
RHA provides FREE rental equipment to all Hall Councils for any size event! If you're interested in renting equipment, please fill out and follow the form below. HALL COUNCILS WITHOUT VOTING RIGHTS WILL BE CHARGED STUDENT ORG PRICING!!
***Please note our returning and cleaning policy; all pieces of equipment must be cleaned before being returned. If a piece of equipment is returned damaged, dirty, or is lost, your hall council may lose renting privileges. To check your Hall Council's voting status, please visit our Spirit Page!
