Funding Requests
Please read over the funding guidelines and information packet (to the left) carefully before beginning this process.
Approved requests will be presented to the RHA General Body at our weekly meetings which are called to order Mondays at 7:00 P.M. and held in Rooms 102/104 in the Living Learning Center. Please contact the current VP of Finance if any issues arise, whose information can be found in our Contact Us tab.
HOW TO REQUEST FUNDING
A Post-Program Report Form, downloadable to the left, must be completed after the program occurs and submitted to the current VP of Finance within one week to guarantee disbursement of funds to your organization.
Approved requests will be presented to the RHA General Body at our weekly meetings which are called to order Mondays at 7:00 P.M. and held in Rooms 102/104 in the Living Learning Center. HOW TO REQUEST FUNDING
- Read the funding guidelines to determine eligibility for receiving funds, and to understand the RHA funding rules and process.
- Fill out a funding request and email the completed funding request to the current VP of Finance.
- The VP of Finance will then communicate with the rest of the Executive Board and will send communication back about critique, clarification, or giving notice of when the Hall Council or Student Organization will present (some larger requests may be required to present at an Executive Meeting prior to presenting to the General Body).
- The presentation will happen, and the General Body will vote on the funding request.
- If the vote passes the VP of Finance will work with the Hall Council or Student Organization to correctly distribute the funds.
- Funding requests may not be heard if the event is the same week as the funding proposal.
- Untimely proposals are subject to rejection by the Executive Board.

Co-Sponsorships
RHA is ecstatic to share that we are actively looking to co-sponsor and/or collaborate with other student organizations on campus in programming! Funding may be given to programs that will benefit on-campus students, in amounts of up to $500.00
Please fill out this application and email to the current VP of finance by Fridays at 5:00 P.M. in order to have your request considered for the following Monday.
If your request is approved, you will be invited to present at a General Body meeting, which are called to order every Monday at 7:00 P.M. in the LLC 102/104.

- Your application must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to your event
- Your event is open to all students
- Review "What RHA Will Not Sponsor" and all other guidelines, located in the RHA Co-Sponsorship Info Packet.
- You are providing an alternate funding source to compliment RHA funds.
