RHA’s goal is to increase advocacy between residents and foster an inclusive environment for everyone within our residence halls and out on campus. We aspire to be residents’ direct link to advocate for their needs guarding inclusiveness within our halls and being equitable to all marginalized groups. The VP of DEI&A (diversity, equity, inclusion, & advocacy) Initiatives will work to give residents a voice regarding issues they may face within our community. RHA will take on an informative and resourceful role while working to increase residents’ comfort within the campus and community alike.
