What is RHAlloween?

RHAlloween is an event that invites elementary students from the local Athen's School Districts for 3 fun-filled nights of trick or treating. Our Hall Councils are invited to decorate their lobbies and fill them with fun activities for the students and their families as well as pass out treats, (and dress up, of course!). RHA encourages and helps support all Hall Councils who participate. This event spans over three days, each green hosting a different day. The dates vary from year to year.
